Welcome to this week’s pastors corner which comes from the book of Proverbs 21:2 which says “Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.”

Beloved, we are given a warning in this scripture against self-deception and the thoughts which make us to believe that our own ways are best. Every man is conceited of himself in some way or the other and is not easily     persuaded from it but the bible warns us that in Proverbs 16:25 that the way of a man may seem right to him, but the end thereof are the ways of death. Sometimes because of situations we may find ourselves in, we think that our way out is the right way, or the only way but God says Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.

The heart is what the Lord is looking at- He weighs them in the balance of righteousness and truth, so it is therefore our prayer that your heart will pass the tests set before you. Until next week, Calvary blessings upon you.
