Welcome to the pastor’s corner taken from the book of PROVERBS 12:14 which says, ” A man will be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth, and the recompense of a man’s hands will be rendered to him”.

Beloved, no doubt, wisdoms’ advice for us this week is to recognize the power and the usefulness of our mouth, which is the produce of the good things that will be rendered to him who learns to speak good into his own life rather than death. PROVERBS 12:18 says ” There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword, but the tongue of the wise promotes health”.  As believers, we shouldn’t speak according to the difficulties of life that my come our way but we should learn to speak life into the situation. Begin to bless yourselves, bless your body, soul and spirit as well. Are you sick, sad, depressed or unhappy, speak life and good words to yourself. He who does this speaks health into his or her life as confirmed again in PROVERBS 12:25  which says “Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad.” Remember, that death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat it’s fruit (PROVERB.18:21)

Beloved, there is power in positive confessions, verse 20 of PROVERBS 12, further says, ” A man’s stomach shall be satisfied from the fruit of his mouth; from the produce of his lips he shall be filled”. It is therefore our prayer that the LORD empower your words, grant unto you according to every good words you speak into your life and the lives of others. May every negative word spoken against you never take root in your life in JESUS name. Until we meet again next week let the wisdom of God guide and bless you abundantly!
