Be Careful Not to Stumble

stumbling

Beloved, this weeks’ pastor corner is taken from the books of Proverb.25:26- A righteous man who falters before the wicked is like a murky spring and a polluted well.

No doubt the scripture is mindful on how we conduct ourselves before others and amongst ourselves. As children of good we ought to portray ourselves at all times as the redeemed of the Lord. We have now become the righteousness of God purchased with the highest and most expensive price, far above rubies. Our lives therefore ought to exemplify the very nature and character of the Lord who has taken residence in us. Others should see the very nature of God in us as a changed people, as it is written…2 Cor. 5:17-Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. Jesus said in Math 5:16-” let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. It is our prayer that your light and conduct will shine so that it will bring others to Christ, and  thereby glorifying your Father who is in heaven.

God bless you as you strive unto a life of perfection in Christ! Until next week, Calvary Blessings upon you.
